We use ''used to'' to talk about things we did in the past that now we don't do it. Examples:

I used to crawl now I walk 

I didn't use to play football now I play it

Did you use to go to the park? Yes I did/No I didn't

* It is the same for the 3rd person: She used to play with teddy bears
